Cisco VoIP phones ship by default with the SCCP protocol. Cisco Global Spares do not include a Cisco Call Manager or Cisco Call Manager Express license.

A pixel-based display with a white backlight makes calling information easy to see, and Extensible Markup Language (XML) services deliver a rich user experience. The Cisco 7931G VoIP phone offers numerous important security features plus the choice of IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) or local power through a power adapter.

Note: All Cisco phones that feature both SCCP and SIP protocol ship preloaded with SCCP. To obtain the alternate SIP firmware you much purchase Cisco SMARTnet (this will allow you to download the SIP firmware from Cisco's website at cisco.com).
