The Cisco 7941G CP-7941G-RF Refurbished are refurbished by Cisco. These phones are classified as Cisco Certified Refurbished Phones.

Note: This Cisco CP-7941G phone is refurbished by Cisco and includes 1-year Cisco 8 X 5 NBD (Next Business Day) SMARTNet. Customers must contact IP Phone Warehouse with phone serial numbers upon delivery with serial numbers for SMARTnet activation.

The Cisco CP-7941G= does not ship with an AC power adapter. The Cisco CP-7941G= is designed to be powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet). The Cisco AC power adapter CP-PWR-CUBE-3 is sold separately.

Cisco VoIP phones ship by default with the SCCP protocol. Cisco Global Spares do not include a Cisco Call Manager or Cisco Call Manager Express license.

The Cisco IP Phone 7941G is a full-featured enhanced business IP phone that addresses the communication needs of the transaction worker. It provides two programmable backlit line/feature buttons and four interactive soft keys that guide a user through call features and functions, and audio controls for high-quality duplex speakerphone, handset, and headset.

The Cisco CP-7941G= has a built-in headset port and an integrated Ethernet switch which are standard with the Cisco IP Phone 7941G series voip phones.

The phone also features a best-of-class large, higher-resolution grayscale pixel-based LCD. The display provides features such as date and time, calling party name, calling party number, and digits dialed. The graphic capability of the display allows for the inclusion of higher value, more visibly rich Extensible Markup Language (XML) applications and double-byte languages.

Note: All Cisco phones that feature both SCCP and SIP protocol ship preloaded with SCCP. To obtain the alternate SIP firmware you much purchase Cisco SMARTnet (this will allow you to download the SIP firmware from Cisco's website at cisco.com).
