The Polycom VVX 400 is a twelve-line, expandable color business media phone that gives users crystal clear communications and enhances collaboration and personal productivity.

The VVX 400 phone is designed for users handling a moderate volume of calls through advanced UC telephony features. The VVX 400 features an intuitive, color user interface of the VVX 400 that makes navigation easy and requires minimal training.

The Polycom VVX 400 offers Polycom HD Voice quality to allow user to take advantage of more life-like conversations, which minimize fatigue and make calls more efficient and productive. The VVX 400 improves personal productivity by complementing the workplace applications on the computer. Users are able to view and manage their Microsoft Exchange Calendars, receive meeting reminders and alerts, access the corporate directory and Instant Messaging/presence status right on their phone display, even while waiting for their PC to boot. It's also easy to use a mouse and keyboard for navigation and interaction when users extend their PC’s desktop to include the VVX 400 phone’s screen.

The VVX 400 phone is easily deployed and managed with a web-based configuration method that lets administrators easily provision and maintain phones throughout the organization. The Polycom VVX 400 provides personalized information with integrated web applications and custom backgrounds, and it also comes ready for future expansion modules to enable growth as your business grows.
