Tier 2 product phone support can be added to any product sold at IP Phone Warehouse. Tier 2 product phone support gives you a call back from a systems engineer within 8 business hours. With tier 2 support you get a total of 45 minutes of phone support on the product associated with the support. This support service is for a single service call and support cannot be
spanned out across multiple calls or call backs. The 45 minutes of
phone support can be used for a single call or service event only. Note: Business hours are defined as 8-5 (US Central Time) Monday through Friday, no Holidays. Phone support is on the associated product only not any other system the product may be attaching to.
