How Do I Return an Item?
All returns are subject to the following return policy and conditions.
Some items are returnable through IP Phone Warehouse and some items are not. Refurbished products, video conferencing equipment, headsets, batteries, and power supplies are returnable for replacement or repair during the warranty period; however, they cannot be returned for credit.
The following brands are
not returnable to IP Phone Warehouse due to the manufacturer's policies and restrictions: Aastra, ACTi, Avaya, Axis, Bogen, Bosch, CyberData, Epygi, GN Netcom, Plantronics, Quintum, Samsung, Spectralink, Toshiba, UT Starcom, Viking Electronics, VivoTek, and Yealink. Other manufacturers not listed may also have similar policies; in this case, the standard 30-day return policy does not apply to these items or brands.
In the event that a defective item is received from one of the above manufacturers, please contact the manufacturer directly. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty information, as well. Please contact IP Phone Warehouse if you would like information about warranties and return information before purchasing your merchandise.
Other items may come with a Money Back Guarantee. In the event that one of these items is returned, IP Phone Warehouse is not responsible for this return. Users should contact the manufacturer directly in these circumstances.
Unless IP Phone Warehouse is contracted for installation or support services, IP Phone Warehouse will not assist in the installation or configuration of products under any circumstances. IP Phone Warehouse may provide firmware/software updates and manuals subject to availability.
Note: Absolutely no software or license keys are returnable under any circumstances.
Cisco Business Edition 6000 hardware and software is likewise not returnable under any circumstances.
Products can be returned to IP Phone Warehouse only if they are
unopened, manufacturer-sealed and in brand-new condition. No opened or used products can be returned to us for credit. Returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees, as outlined below.
Should the manufacturer determine that the opened product is defective, the product may be exchanged, dependent upon the manufacturer's return and exchange polices.
Important: All returns or exchanges must take place within
30 days of the purchase date.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, and all returns are subject to a 10% to 30% restocking fee. IP Phone Warehouse is not responsible for any shipping charges for returns. The restocking fee covers credit card fees, processing, order handling and other expenses. The restocking fee is variable, dependent on the product type, manufacturer and other conditions.
Customer is responsible for shipping all returned items back to IP Phone Warehouse.
No orders older than 30-days from date of purchase will be considered for return for credit.
Refurbished items are not returnable unless proven defective. If defective, refurbished items can only be exchanged for the same item.
IP Phone Warehouse reserves all other rights.
To return an item that is returnable, please fill out our RMA Form online before shipping product back to IP Phone Warehouse. Items received without an RMA number will be refused by our warehouse. Following the RMA procedure will help to expedite and ensure the proper action or credit upon processing. After completing the RMA form on the website, for items that are returnable, you may be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code that will be used for your return.
In order to receive credit for merchandise, all returns must be received in original condition and packed in the carton as if from the manufacturer: this includes all foam padding or bubble wrap, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and/or other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon receipt of 100% complete products, among other things.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges to IP Phone Warehouse. Products can be returned if in the applicable amount of time after purchase. After this time, product is considered
acceptable by customer and cannot be returned.
NOTE: Software cannot be returned under any circumstances.
For further expedition, when requesting your RMA, please have the following information handy:
- Customer Number
- Invoice Number
- Serial Number
- Reason for Return
- Action Requested (Replacement/Return/Repair/Credit)
- Whether or not the box has been opened or if it is still factory sealed
