You can add Tier 1 Product Phone Support to any product sold at IP Phone Warehouse.
Tier 1 gives you the following services:
Tier 1 entitles you to a single session with an IP Phone Warehouse engineer. This session cannot be extended across multiple calls or call backs.
Tier 1 also entitles you to 30 minutes of tech support over the course of a single call, call back, or other service event. These 30 minutes cannot be extended across multiple service events.
Tier 1 applies only to the product that you added it to, and not to any other product or system.
IP Phone Warehouse's business hours are 8 am to 5 pm, US Central Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Holidays are excluded.
