About VoIP

Phones, PCs and other equipment classified as "IP devices" can use VoIP to communicate. VoIP is a term that means these devices use the Internet to make calls, or use the Internet for voice communications. VoIP is actually a shorter term for "voice over Internet protocol."

Confused? That's understandable; VoIP isn't something that's immediately understood. We've built this section of the Dock to be an interactive question and answer session for everything VoIP.
