The Switchvox 380 appliance can support up to 450 users. Register the users through Gold or Platinum subscriptions, which can be added at anytime during the lifetime of the phone system. The subscriptions give users access to critical upgrades and updates, and unlimited email and phone support during regular business hours. To receive phone support outside of business hours (up to five times), choose the Platinum subscription. The phone system also supports 100 concurrent calls, 25 call recordings and 40 conference participants.

Customize and configure the Switchvox 380 appliance to integrate into your existing environment through the available PCI-Express cards. The cards supply the appliance with T1, FXO and FXS ports. Bring your telephony together with this powerful VoIP phone system, backed by the Asterisk software engine. Features onboard the system include an advanced IVR, music on hold, queues, video call support and voicemail to email. Interact with callers through the intelligent switchboard, and also initiate call recordings or schedule them ahead of time.
