Axis Q1726 is an enclosure-ready security camera that delivers superior image quality. Q1726 has a wide varifocal lens with large f/1.1-1.2 aperture that captures more light than comparable cameras, resulting in better image quality. Use it for surveillance in open areas with remote zoom and focus to help you calibrate for optimal picture. This 4 MP camera — twice the resolution of a 1080p Full HD camera — provides crisp, detailed video. It supports up to 120 fps video in all resolutions for fine-grained visual evidence even in fast-moving situations. In addition to its first-class optics, Q1726 features Lightfinder 2.0 technology for accurate color reproduction in extreme low-light and Forensic WDR for capturing much more detail in high-contrast lighting situations.

Q1726 is powered by the purpose-built ARTPEC-9 System on a Chip that enables advanced analytics to streamline and enhance your surveillance. The camera comes with Axis Object Analytics and Axis Live Privacy Shield installed. The chip greatly improves cybersecurity, as does Axis Edge Vault, a hardware based security solution. ARTPEC-9 also lets the camera support ultra-efficient video compression like AV1 and H.265 (HEVC) to greatly reduce load on bandwidth and storage. Q1726 fits many types of camera enclosures, including both first-party Axis camera enclosures and third-party or custom models, as well. This flexibility lets you design a new installation or reuse existing enclosures while taking advantage of the cutting-edge optics and computer performance that Q1726 provides.
