Yeastar Hotel App is a cost-effective solution for combining your VoIP phone system with hotel management.

It lets you setup admin and receptionist accounts for backend and frontend users.

Let’s take a look at Room Management as an example of the depth of features.

Room Management

Yeastar offers detailed room management options for admins.

To access these options from the Yeastar S-Series web interface, go to the Hotel App. (We cover how to install and access the Hotel App below.)

From there, go to Room Management.

Under Room Management > Room Type, you set the room types and their pricing. Select Add. Then fill in the applicable information:

• Room Type — customizable name
• VAT — Value Added Tax
• Weekday, Weekend — what days are classified as weekday or weekend
• Weekday Price, Weekend Price, Holiday Price
• Allow Hourly Stay, Available Time, Initial Time, Initial Price, Hourly Price

Once the room types are set, it’s easy to add rooms. Go to Room Management > Room Setup . Select Add. Then set Room Name, Extension, and Room Type.

You can also bulk add rooms to save time and configure settings like calling between rooms, check-out times, and more.

How to Download Yeastar Hotel App from the App Center

Here’s how to download the Hotel App from the Yeastar S-Series IP PBX App Center:

1. Go to the Yeastar IP PBX web interface:
   1. Enter IP Address of IP PBX in web browser
      • Default IP Address is: 192.168.5.150
   2. Enter Username and Password
      • Default Username is admin
      • Default Password is password
2. From the home page of the web interface, click on the 3x3 square icon in the top left corner
3. Select App Center
4. Scroll down the menu of apps until you see Hotel
5. Under Hotel, select Install
6. Exit the App Center
7. Click the 3x3 square icon again
8. Click the Hotel icon

Here you have two options: Activate or Trial.

Yeastar Hotel App Licensing

Hotel App requires a license to use.

Yeastar does offer a 30-day free trial. After 30 days, you must enter a valid license.
