Viking VE-9x12R-1P is a red heavy duty plastic enclosure for protecting communications equipment. VE-9x12R-1P comes in red and includes an Adapter Panel 1. This internal adapter panel is made from 12 gauge aluminum with black powder paint finish. Adapter Panel 1 is compatible with many Viking products, including many E-1600 Series Emergency Phones and E-20 Entry Phones.
VE-9x12R-1P is made from heavy duty UV-stable plastic and has a drip guard and gasket-sealed door to prevent water from getting in. It meets the UL 94 V-0 rating for flame-retardancy. It also meets NEMA/EEMAC Type 4, 4X, and 12 requirements. Drill mounting holes in the back and conduit holes in the bottom as required. The enclosure is labeled Telephone in silver lettering.
