The 3CX phone system is a software-based PBX based on open standards for wide interoperability. This professional edition is designed as an alternative to PBX appliances, featuring enhanced telephony via Microsoft Exchange Server, an easy to use GUI and advanced call center features.
Establish a proactive call center with the 3CX professional edition's call center features. Monitor and maintain the queue with custom protocols for positioning and call answering. Track agent and caller statistics, and view reports. Other features include listening in or engaging in a call between a caller and an agent. Setup the queue to allow callers to save their position in line after they hang up, enabling the system to send a call to the caller when their place in line comes up.
