The 3CX professional edition's call center features include reporting, caller and agent statistics, and establishing of protocols for the queue. For example, the queue can allow callers to hang up and save their place in line, allowing the agent to contact them when their place in line comes up.
The 3CX phone system integrates with Microsoft Exchange Server to provide real time presence of coworkers and other agents, and access to a phonebook and auto attendant. With the downloadable mobile app, smartphones can be converted into an extension for the 3CX phone system. This phone system is also compatible with CRM's including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Sage ACT.
