The 3CX phone system is a software-based PBX offering up to 512 simultaneous calls. This professional edition includes advanced features for fully optimizing a call center, with tools for the queue, agents and callers. Utilize the 3CX phone system with Microsoft Exchange Server for a number of additional features.
An intuitive GUI lets agents quickly access and monitor the queue. Manage and establish protocols for the queue enabling agents to act more efficiently, and also setup features such as allowing a caller to hang up and save their place in line to receive a callback from the next available agent. Conduct quality control through agent and caller reports and statistics, and by listening in or joining in on live calls.

3CX PBX Phone System Features
Microsoft Exchange Server lets the 3CX phone system show real time presence indicators and more UC tools between agents, a phonebook, and traffic controls such as an auto attendant. An available smartphone app lets mobile devices connect to the 3CX phone system as an extension. The 3CX phone system is also compatible with CRM's such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage ACT and Salesforce.
