A web-based GUI allows simple management of the 3CX phone system's functions. Easily transfer calls, customize hold music, configure extensions and even change presence info. The 3CX phone system can also forward emails and faxes via email for remote communication. Includes the capacity for up to 256 simultaneous calls and nearly unlimited extensions.
Use the 3CX phone system beyond traditional desktop use. Download the 3CXPhone app to a compatible smartphone and configure the device to act as another extension to the PBX. This enables calling, extension management and even conference call setup via the smartphone, enhancing user productivity.
