Axis P7216 16-Channel Video Encoder - 0542-004

The Axis P7216 video encoder features 16 composite ports for connecting analog cameras. The single gigabit Ethernet switch port connects to an IP surveillance network. In between the cameras and the network, the encoder translate the signal from analog to H.264 or motion JPEG. Stream both IP signals simultaneously for flexible deployment.

Also supported by the Axis P7216 encoder is two-way audio through the terminal blocks. As well as PTZ abilities on the cameras through the serial ports. This video encoder is an ideal solution for integrating an existing analog camera network with a new IP-based management system.
