The Mobotix DualDome D15 features two lenses, two HiRes image sensors and up to 64 GB of internal storage and dual images of up to 6 Megapixels. You can secure two areas using only one camera without vulnerable mechanical components.

Using the latest sensor technology helps ensure brilliant dual images. With enhanced light sensitivity, the camera can also produce clearer color images in low light conditions. A single new 5 MP black and white sensor can produce live and recorded HiRes images of up to 3.1 megapixels in low light conditions.

The D15 uses optimized hardware that helps deliver high resolution video streams transmitted smoothly, even more smoothly than the D14. The D15 is limited to 30 frames per second, since 16 frames per second and higher are perceived as fluid by the human eye. This leaves sufficient processor performance for other tasks.

The more light-sensitive the image sensor, the higher the image quality, even in low light conditions resulting from dusk or a heavy rain. A new 5 megapixel color sensor is four times more light sensitive than the old 3.1 megapixel color sensor, to deliver the highest image quality that is offered by Mobotix.
