The OpenVox GW1600-24S gateway is designed for small- to medium-sized businesses that want to leverage their existing analog stations and legacy equipment with a VoIP environment. The gateway supports analog phones and fax machines, including call transfer and hold, and the T.38 protocol. Operate the gateway with SIP-based phone systems like 3CX, Asterisk, Elastix and Trixbox. If you have customizable IVRs and other advanced VoIP features, the gateway is fully equipped to handle those functions as well.
A total of 24 FXS ports are mounted on the OpenVox GW1600-24S gateway. The gateway is modular, meaning that the ports are provided by three 8-port modules installed in the appliance. Manage the applianceâ settings and configurations through the web-based user interface.
