Viking LDB-2 accurately detects ring voltage and provides loop connection within analog ecosystems. This device has two sets of relay contacts that monitors an analog phone line to detect when a phone is ringing or off-hook. The LDB-2 can activate a status indicator or other device to visually indicate the condition of a pots line and can be adjusted to stay on steadily or follow a standard ring cadence and even has a “Time-Out” setting to close the relay. Equipped with a 12V power adapter and the ability to provide 12V DC power through auxiliary outputs the LDB-2 is a versatile detector in analog environments.
