Axis Companion Switch connects four network security cameras and powers them using PoE+. Part of the Axis Companion Line, which is an end-to-end surveillance solution for small to midsize businesses, the Companion Switch is roughly the size of your palm. It still has a 60W power budget and the switching capacity for smaller systems and basic video storage. One Ethernet port connect the switch to your LAN, while the other four 10/100 Ethernet ports connect to your IP cameras. LED indicators on the switch give you network diagnostic information and PoE status. The Companion Switch is Level VI compliant for energy efficiency, and comes with a three-year manufacturer warranty.
