Axis M3058-PLVE provides 360° panoramic surveillance video with an outdoor-ready, vandal-resistant dome camera with infrared illumination. M3058-PLVE uses a 12MP sensor and 1.2mm lens with f/2.2 aperture to offer bright video in an array of better-than-HD video options: overview, panorama, double panorama, and quad view. Axis includes class-leading network camera technology. Axis OptimizedIR uses an infrared illuminator with a range of 66ft to take video in pitch-black conditions. Axis Zipstream retains important detail while reducing bandwidth and storage load. Axis Forensic WDR technology gives you an incredible 120dB of dynamic range, so M3058-PLVE deals exceptionally well with high-contrast scenes. Axis Lightfinder gives you natural colors even in low lighting situations.
Axis M3058-PLVE is designed to be rugged and durable. Intended for outdoor or indoor installation, it has an operating temperature range of -40°F to 122°F. The impact- and vandal-resistant casing is IP66 and IK10 rated. Record video locally using a microSD or microSDHC card or through the network using an NVR. The HDMI Type D port lets you connect the camera to an HD display for live-streaming. The camera is ONVIF Profile S and Profile G compliant, so you can use it with standards-based network video security systems.
