Axis M3945-R is a compact dome camera for onboard installation in buses and other vehicles. M3945-R takes highly detailed 1080p Full HD video and has a built-in microphone to add audio to the surveillance video, improving security; it takes video at up to 60 fps for detail during fast-movement events, perfect for forward-facing video in vehicles. This model has an ultra-wide 2.8 mm lens and RJ45 connector. The IP camera meets numerous transportation industry certifications, including UNECE R10, UNECE R118, and IEC 60721-3-5 5M3, and meets the IP66/67 and IK10 Standards for durability.

M3945-R is an AI-powered camera with advanced tech to improve image quality like Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR. You can select from scene profiles like forensic, vivid, or traffic overview to optimize image settings based on specific use-case. M3945-R features Axis Edge Vault, a hardware-based cybersecurity platform to protect your vital video evidence. You can store video locally in the camera using a microSD card. M3945-R was designed with the same form-factor as previous Axis onboard camera models, making it easy for you to upgrade existing installations.

Note: Axis M3945-R comes in four models: with either a 2.8 mm or 3.6 mm lens, and with either an RJ45 or M12 connector. This model, Axis 03372-001, comes with a 2.8 mm lens and an RJ45 connector.
