There is no need to install any extra lighting, and with the P3248’s remote zoom and focus capabilities you only need to place it where you require oversight.
Compliant with ONVIF profiles S, G, and T, the P3248 is compatible with a wide variety of other security devices and can quickly be incorporated into an existing setup with ease. Axis Zipstream technology and use of H.265 and H.264 encoding ensure that the device makes efficient use of bandwidth and storage without compromising any video quality. Two-way audio is possible with the use of external microphones and speakers. Axis Object Analytics lets the camera see and classify people and vehicles in preset areas or detect when an established virtual line has been crossed.
