Axis P3285-LVE License Plate Verifier Kit - 03631-001

This license plate reader kit consists of an Axis P3285-LVE Dome Camera with the Axis License Plate Verifier application preloaded on the camera and a license for the application included. It is intended for close-up license plate capture of slow moving vehicles at up to 30 km/h (19 mph). License Plate Verifier is an edge-based application that can recognize license plates and their type, plus the make, model, and color of the vehicles; it also recognizes a wide range of vehicle types: car, SUV, van, pickup, truck, bus, bicycle. Use the camera for access control, including 24/7 license plate readability in all lighting conditions using Axis's superior imaging technologies. With open APIs, it can integrate with numerous existing VMS and third-party platforms.

The Axis P3285-LVE camera comes purpose-tuned for license plate capture. This 1080p Full HD dome camera has advanced technologies for dealing with challenging lighting, including Lightfinder 2.0 to improve low-light performance and built-in OptimizedIR infrared lights for no-light operation. It has a 7 to 23 foot license plate detection range when installed optimally. Axis makes it simple to start using the camera. The integrated license plate capture assistant lets you easily optimize video settings based on the camera's mounting height, distance to vehicle, and expected vehicle speed. P3285-LVE supports I/O integration for using the camera at parking lot gates, for connecting it to a speaker, and more. The camera is weather- and vandal-resistant, meeting numerous industry standards for durability.
