Axis Q6155-E is a top-class outdoor dome IP camera that uses a built-in laser to provide almost instantaneous focusing in nearly any situation, including adverse weather and complete darkness. Q6155-E is built using Sharpdome technology, which means the whole dome rotates as compared with most PTZ dome cameras where the camera rotates within the dome. Sharpdome technology keeps the picture clear, and Axis adds Speed Dry technology, which means the dome can vibrate rapidly to dispel waterdrops quickly. The camera also features Axis's premier network camera technology like low-light picture enhancing Lightfinder, high-contrast adapting WDR - Forensic Capture, and bandwidth efficiency enhancing Zipstream.
Axis Q6155-E contains cutting edge technology, but its efficacy is built on excellent engineering. The Q6155-E has 30x lossless optical zoom, full 360° panning, and an extended -90° to 20° tilt range. It takes 1080p Full HD video using efficient techniques like H.264 High Profile. Store video using a network video recorder or locally using an SD, SDHC, or SDXC card. When powered by High PoE, Q6155-E can be operational down to an incredible -67°F. It is IP66, IK08, and NEMA 250 Type 4X rated. The package includes a High PoE midspan.
