Grandstream GBX20 Expansion Module

Grandstream GBX20 is an expansion module for compatible Grandstream IP Phones. GBX20 supports two pages of 20 programmable multi-purpose keys with LED indicator lights, so it adds up to 40 keys. And because you can attach up to four GBX20's to a single phone, the sidecar for Grandstream phones can be used to add an incredible 160 extra keys. Use the sidecar to add a large range of quick action functionality: BLF, call park/pick-up, speed dial, contact presence, intercom, and more. Power users and receptionists will love having the additional keys.

GBX20 has a large 4.3-inch color display that makes it easy to read and enables it to show the status of your contacts. The attendant console is currently (as of April 2025) compatible with numerous Grandstream IP Phones, including select GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, and GRP2670, as well as the GXV3350 and GXV3450 IP Video Phones.

Note: If you use one GBX20, the expansion module is powered through the host phone. If you use more than one GBX20, they are powered via the included power adapter.
