Grandstream GXW4224 v2 is a professional solution for integrating analog endpoints into a SIP-based phone system — establish a strong hybrid communications system. As compared to v1, GXW4224 v2 improves on audio quality, security and local conferencing. GXW4224 v2 has 24 FXS ports for connecting a high-density fleet of analog telephones, fax machines and other devices. It connects to the IP network using an ultra-fast Gigabit Ethernet port to reduce bottlenecking.
GXW4224 v2 supports wideband audio for rich, full sound on calls. To improve collaboration, it supports 3-way local conferencing per port. Additionally, it supports secure boot, unique certificates and more — enterprise-class security. As a business-class VoIP gateway, you get support for necessary telephony features like caller ID, call transfer and more. TLS and SRTP encryption protects your communications. As a SIP gateway, it is interoperable with a wide range of VoIP phone systems and cloud phone services — versatile. GXW4224 v2 supports 4 SIP server profiles per system and an independent SIP account per FXS port.
