Grandstream GXW4248 v2 48-FXS Gigabit VoIP Gateway

Grandstream GXW4248 v2 is an updated, high-density gateway for integrating analog endpoints into a SIP-based communications system. The VoIP gateway is ideal for establishing a hybrid communications system or extending the lifetime of existing phones. GXW4248 v2 features upgrades from v1, including improved audio quality, security and local conferencing. As a high-density SIP gateway, GXW4248 v2 has 48 FXS ports for connecting analog telephones, fax machines and other devices. GXW4248 v2 also has two 50-pin telco connectors. To connect to your IP network, it uses a Gigabit Ethernet port, which reduces bottlenecking even with a complete fleet of phones connected.

GXW4248 v2 gives your analog endpoints a modern, professional VoIP experience. The gateway offers wideband audio for rich, natural sound quality on phone calls. It supports 3-way local voice conferencing per port — excellent for collaboration. To protect your system, it supports secure boot, unique certificates and more — enterprise-class security. The VoIP gateway can even support advanced telephony features like caller ID, call transfer and more. TLS and SRTP encryption secures your communications. As a SIP gateway, it can work with an extensive range of VoIP phone systems and cloud phone services — flexible. GXW4248 v2 supports 4 SIP server profiles per system and an independent SIP account per FXS port.
