Netgear GC728XP is part of the revolutionary Netgear Insight Series of fully managed smart cloud switches. Using the Netgear Insight app, you're able to manage and monitor the switch from anywhere on almost any device. GC728XP offers 24 Gigabit ports for copper with PoE+ power, plus 2 Gigabit SFP ports for fiber and 2 10-Gigabit SFP+ ports, providing fiber uplinks of future-proof speed. GC728XP has a total power budget of 390W, allowing you to power more intensive devices, including WiFi access points, VoIP telephony, and IP security cameras. The PoE+ ports have per-port control. GC728XP has a switching capacity of 92 Gbit/s and supports 256 VLANS, giving your network speed and security.
GC728XP provides enterprise-class networking with extensive L2+ and L3 Lite switching features, support for IPv4 and IPv6 protocol stacks, advanced QoS traffic filtering, and dynamic VLAN assignment. GC728XP has two internal fans and is very quiet. The switch is intended for desktop and rack mounting. Installation hardware for both installations are included.
