Panasonic WV-U2542L is a cost effective IP camera that provides highly detailed security video. Designed for outdoor installation, WV-U2542L uses a 4MP CMOS sensor and varifocal 2.9-7.3 mm lens with 2.5x optical zoom. Use the camera in locations like banks, hospitals, stations, and safe cities — general outdoors surveillance. The camera comes with color night vision technology — excellent low light performance. For situations with no light, use the onboard infrared lights with 65 ft range.
WV-U2542L uses Panasonic iA (Intelligent Auto) technology to adaptively improve video. iA adjusts camera settings in real time in response to changes in the scene — clearer images with no extra effort. Super Dynamic 102dB technology responds to high contrast lighting like headlights — more detail retained. H.265 Smart Coding technology greatly reduces the size of the video feed — longer recording and less storage. Record video in camera using a microSD card or through the network using a NAS or NVR solution.
WV-U2542L has a rugged die cast aluminum body and clear polycarbonate resin dome. It meets the IP66 and IK10 ratings — weather and vandal resistant. It has an extended operating temperature range of -22°F to 122°F. Power it using PoE — simplified infrastructure. WV-U2542L is ONVIF Profile G and Profile T compliant — interoperable with open standards systems.
