Savi 8220-M offers incredible fullband stereo audio with active noise cancellation. The headset provides all-day comfort with a lightweight, padded design. Savi 8220-M uses the DECT wireless protocol, which gives it almost 200ft in range in the typical office environment, significantly more than most Bluetooth headsets. Plantronics uses the latest DECT security features to protect your communications with eight discreet security measures. The long-lasting battery is rechargeable and replaceable. It gives you up to 13 hours of talk time. Savi 8220-M uses an adaptive power system to reduce power consumption, save battery life, and improve headset density.
Plantronics Savi 8220-M includes a desktop base in the package. It provides a convenient hook for holding the headset and doubles as a charger. It also has numerous interfaces for customizing your headset deployment, including handset lifter jack and deskphone configuration switch. Buttons on the base provide quick actions and the base has an adjustable ringer built in. DECT uses a different wireless spectrum than WiFi or Bluetooth, so using a DECT headset helps to prevent signal loss from traffic congestion, a major problem in our increasingly wireless offices. Savi W8220-M is designed for use with Skype for Business.
