Poly CCX 400 is an entry level IP phone for basic users and common areas. CCX 400 reduces learning time with a familiar smartphone style interface — even vertically oriented. The 5-in color touchscreen display improves productivity with features like one-touch access to contacts and meetings. The phone offers the legendary Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity audio quality — plus Acoustic Fence background noise reduction. CCX 400 gives you options for hands free communications — USB headset, RJ9 headset or full duplex speakerphone.

This model of Poly CCX 400 supports the open SIP protocol — interoperable with major VoIP platforms and services. It supports 24 lines (with pagination). The powerful chipset future proofs it — improve over time. Power the phone via PoE.
