MP54-Zoom has multiple ways for hands-free communications. Use the HD speakerphone or a USB headset. If you want to use a Bluetooth headset, plug in Yealink BT41 USB Bluetooth Adapter (not included). If you want Wi-Fi network connectivity, plug in Yealink WF50 USB Wi-Fi Adapter (not included).
