Poly CCX 500 is an IP phone with familiar touchscreen interface and signature Poly audio. CCX 500 features a 5-in color display with a vertically oriented display and multitouch control — just like a smartphone. The intuitive interface means efficient features like one touch access to contacts and meetings, and much more. The phone gives you Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity audio quality — first class. Acoustic Fence greatly reduces background noise — crystal clear sound. CCX 500 gives you a range of options for communications — full duplex speakerphone, Bluetooth headset, USB headset and more.

This model of Poly CCX 500 supports the open SIP protocol — interoperable with major VoIP platforms and services. It gives you 24 lines (via pagination) and includes a powerful chipset to future proof the device — improve over time. Power the phone via PoE.
