Talkaphone VOIP-201H provides a compact, network-connected help station for indoor or outdoor installation. VOIP-201H is highly visible, with a large red button, large red letters spelling HELP, braille for sight-challenged users, and LED indicator lights for hearing-challenged users. Designed for use as an emergency phone in critical situations, VOIP-201H gives you wideband audio, improving comprehension. The built-in auto-dialer stores up to six numbers, which are dialed in succession in case of the line being busy or no one being there to pick up.

VOIP-201H connects to IP access control or VoIP systems using the open SIP communications protocol. Running SIP makes the help station broadly compatible with systems like Avaya and Cisco UCM. You can configure and manage the emergency station through the network rather than at the device. The marine grade stainless steel faceplate provides IP66-rated durability. Vandal-resistant security screws and an extended operating temperature range round out the ruggedized engineering. VOIP-201H is intended for surface mounting indoors or outdoors. You can power the help station through the network cable using PoE. Connect additional devices like door strikes using the second Ethernet port or AUX output.
