Talkaphone WEBS-CM-2 is an outdoor-rated communication module that lets you broadcast live or prerecorded audio through your IP network to any line level audio device. Designed for use with Talkaphone's Wide-area Emergency Broadcast System (WEBS), WEBS-CM-2 has numerous applications where you want wide-area broadcast, like college campuses, shopping malls, hospitals, warehouses, and corporate headquarters. The durable chassis is made from 10 gauge aluminum. It is designed for surface-mounting or you can mount it inside a Talkaphone emergency phone tower.
Talkaphone WEBS-CM-2 is configurable and manageable using a simple web-based GUI. It connects to your IP network using an Ethernet port that supports PoE. It has a second Ethernet port for connecting an additional device like an IP security camera. The module also has auxiliary I/O contacts for connecting devices like strobes lights or access control units.
