Valcom S-522B-2 is a lay-in ceiling speaker built by Clarity for business paging systems. Measuring 2' x 2' and designed to be inconspicuous, Valcom S-522B-2 replaces a 2' x 2' ceiling tile or half of a standard 2' x 4' ceiling tile. Install the speaker in minutes! The lightweight build eliminates the need for additional support bars. The speaker uses an 8" speaker with ceramic magnet and 8-ohm voice coil to broadcast rich voice and music.
Valcom S-522B-2 has an integral backbox with a 3-hour burn test rating for safety. The perforated steel grille has a white acrylic baked enamel finish to make the speaker look like a standard air return, seamlessly blending into the ceiling. Volume control is accessible through the grille with a 1/8" screwdriver.
