Valcom VIP-893S IP/SIP Interactive Console with Scheduler

Valcom VIP-893S is an IP interactive console that provides users with a convenient, multi-function, and touch-based solution for operating an IP paging system and compatible IP endpoints. VIP-893S is a 10.1-inch console with USB handset and two-way speakerphone. Customize one-touch buttons for a wide range of actions: live paging, delivering text to connected signs, playing emergency alerts, recording and then sending messages, broadcasting pre-recorded audio, and more. VIP-893S comes with scheduling functionality, so you can send audio and/or text messages at specific times; you can configure up to 10 schedules and up to 100 events.

VIP-893S can display up to 16 tabs with up to 16 buttons per tab — 256 quick action buttons to cover every scenario. The console also lets you speak with intercoms and other two-way audio endpoints; use it to talk with visitors using an intercom at a doorway and tap a button to unlock the door. You can speak with them using either the handset or the speakerphone. VIP-893S is an exceptional solution for emergencies, because you can setup alerts — text and/or audio messages — that personnel can activate with one tap. Every action you setup just requires one tap — ultra-simple.

Configure VIP-893S using the Valcom V-102B VIP Setup Tool software. Customize buttons and actions using the console's browser-based interface. In the interface, you can customize what buttons are on what tabs, the layout of the buttons, create new actions, customize button color with an RBG color selector, set priority levels for the actions so critical messages will override less important ones, and much more. Define groups to use the console for zone paging. Configure access levels for different types of worker. Upload WAV audio files in the browser interface to broadcast pre-recorded audio, or record audio messages directly on the console.

VIP-893S is an IP console. It connects to the IP network via an Ethernet cable. A 10-foot Cat6 cable comes already attached; the package includes an RJ45 coupler for cable run extension. Power VIP-893S using PoE+ or the included AC adapter. The console is for indoor use only.
