Valcom VIP-997-BL is a blue strobe light that acts as a visual alerter for a paging system. Suitable for indoor or outdoor usage, VIP-997-BL can signal emergencies to people in public spaces, indicate hazardous situations or lockdowns, or guide responders to locations. It can also be used as a visual ringer, letting people know when a call is coming in. As a visual alerter, it can improve accessibility for all users, make a location ADA compliant, or otherwise facilitate sound sensitive environments.
VIP-997-BL is an IP strobe light, which allows it to connect to your IP paging system. It is triggered through the network. Connect it via standard Ethernet cable. Power it via POE (Power Over Ethernet). Mount it on a standard double gang electrical box (not included) or attach it to a solid surface.
