Viking E-1600-ASTIPEWP is an ADA-compliant emergency tower phone with integrated strobe light and Enhanced Weather Protection. Ideal for university campuses, subway stations, roadside emergency sites, and similar environments, E-1600-ASTIPEWP is a network-connected intercom with a clearly labelled HELP button. Designed for maximum visibility, the bright yellow chassis has ASSISTANCE written on it in large, clear letters. The tower phone has a blue LED strobe light to act as a beacon. You can program the intercom and strobe through your computer network.
Viking E-1600-ASTIPEWP features Enhanced Weather Protection (EWP). That means that the internals are sealed, the speaker is gasketed, and more. E-1600-ASTIPEWP is IP66 rated against the elements and has an extended operating temperature range. The faceplate of the intercom unit is made from marine grade stainless steel and has anti-tamper screws. E-1600-ASTIPEWP meets ADA standards. The Call Connected LED helps hearing-challenged people. The braille lettering helps sight-challenged people. As a network-connected phone, E-1600-ASTIPEWP supports SIP, so it is compatible with a huge range of VoIP systems and cloud-based services, including 3CX, Asterisk, Avaya Aura, Cisco UCM, and RingCentral.
