Viking FXI-1A is a single smart device that allows you to page from almost any type of phone system, rather than using a microphone. FXI-1A has a switch that allows you to choose an FXO (loop start) or FXS (ring trip) interface, with no power supply being needed when in FXS mode. It also has a VOX (page port) mode for interfacing with systems that lack a paging contact closure.
Viking FXI-1A gives you relay contacts for activating a paging amplifier or connecting to a background music or nightbell source. Viking includes a power supply and wall mount with housing. FXI-1A simplifies your paging system by integrating your paging and telephone systems.
