Yealink MVC940 is a solution for highest-quality Microsoft Teams video conferencing in extra-large rooms. MVC940-C5-008 includes two Yealink UVC84 Video Conferencing Cameras, a Yealink MTouch Plus Touch Panel, a Yealink AVHub, a Yealink RoomSensor, two Yealink WPP30 Wireless Presentation Pods, and a Yealink MCore Pro Mini-PC.

UVC84 is a 4K Ultra HD video conferencing camera with 12x lossless optical zoom and full pan-tilt functionality. Using UVC84, you get excellent group coverage with the zoom power for picking out individual faces. The package includes two UVC84, which you can connect to the system using the AVHub. AVHub is a meeting room audio/video processor, which connects and manages multiple cameras, microphones, and speakers. Using the two cameras with AVHub, you could, for example, have one camera dedicated for group coverage with the other used to pick out the face of the active speaker. Connect your audio peripherals and additional cameras (not included) to AVHub to streamline deployment and enable a professional multi-camera video conferencing system. The two WPP30 wireless presentation pods give users the simplest method for sharing 4K Ultra HD content: plug it in and just one press needed.

MTouch Plus is a large 11.6-inch tablet that acts as the meeting room control center. It shows the familiar Microsoft Teams UI, reducing cross-device friction. Having a dedicated touch panel means meeting room users will always be able to have a professional video call quickly and easily. MCore Pro acts as a dedicated computer for running the meeting software. It has the Microsoft Teams Rooms app already installed. Yealink chose its specs for optimal performance on Teams video calls, so you will always have a smooth experience. RoomSensor is a passive infrared (PIR) sensor for enabling accurate wake-up and environmental monitoring in the meeting room. Bluetooth support gives it stable wireless connectivity with your devices.
