Yealink T73U is a professional VoIP phone for everyone: a true multifunctional phone. Clean and modern in appearance, T73U has an elegant 2.8-inch color display, a familiar button-based interface, and 8 programmable keys. Because it supports 5 pages of custom keys, you get up to 40 programmable keys out of the box. The phone offers premium Optima HD audio quality on calls with surrounding noise greatly reduced by Acoustic Shield technology. The HD handset is hearing aid compatible (HAC).

T73U has a multi-purpose USB-A port on the side. You can use it with a compatible USB headset or speakerphone for plug-and-play, hands-free communications. You can use it to connect a Yealink EXP55 Expansion Module (not included). Because you can cascade up to three EXP55's in total, you can have up to 234 programmable feature keys in total. You can use the USB port with a compatible Yealink Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or DECT dongle (not included) to add wireless connectivity to the phone. You can also use with for local recording on a USB stick. T73U has lightning-fast Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired network connectivity and pass-through without bottlenecking.

SIP-T73U is a SIP phone, making it compatible with a wide range of VoIP phone systems and cloud phone services. It supports up to 12 SIP account registrations. All the phones in the Yealink T7 Series share the same firmware, making managing and upgrading a fleet of phones much more simple. It supports a dual system function, so you can back up the phone system before upgrading, greatly improving system reliability. T73U is built on Linux 6.1 and uses the TEE hardware encryption solution for professional performance and data security. The included desk stand offers two angles — your choice — and is wall mountable via an optional wall mount bracket.
