Axis D2123-VE 270° Radar Black - 03125-001

Axis D2123-VE is a radar that delivers AI-powered accuracy across its 270° horizontal field of detection. D2123-VE uses AI to improve classification in large, open, outdoor areas, giving you protection in any weather or lighting conditions, 24/7. The radar has a three box-shaped recognition zone design, which enables effective radar monitoring on in three directions. D2123-VE has a maximum human recognition range of over 450 feet and a maximum vehicle recognition range of over 650 feet, which translates to a recognition zone for humans of up to 320,000 square feet and a recognition zone for vehicles of up to 635,000 square feet. And it accurately tracks up to 100 different objects at the same time, so it truly covers that whole area. Configure D2123-VE to automatically trigger actions on connected devices: set off a strobe/siren, start recording on a camera, and more.

D2123-VE can be used by itself or it can be integrated with select Axis PTZ cameras that use the ARTPEC-9 chip. When used for radar/video fusion surveillance, the system improves data, makes actionable insights better, and simplifies decision making. Configure it so both radar and camera must verify detection and classification before an action is triggered. And only one IP address is required for both devices when paired. D2123-VE streamlines installation by using the same mounting interface as the camera and by its network interface: it connects via Ethernet cable, is powered via PoE, and has a PoE output port for powering the connected PTZ camera. The radar is built for power efficiency to save you on energy costs. Mount D2123-VE on poles, fence lines, or walls (may require a separate mounting kit).
