Axis D2123-VE 270° Radar White - 03126-001

Axis D2123-VE is a network-connected radar with 270° horizontal field of detection. It can deliver AI-powered classification across large, open, outdoor areas — in any weather, in any lighting, 24/7. D2123-VE uses three box-shaped recognition zones for effective, efficient monitoring on three-sides. It has a maximum human recognition range of over 450 feet and a maximum vehicle recognition range of over 650 feet. Those number mean that the radar has a recognition zone for human of up to 320,000 square feet and a recognition zone for vehicles of up to 635,000 square feet. D2123-VE accurately tracks up to 100 different objects simultaneously. The radar can be configured to trigger actions on connected devices like setting off a strobe/siren or starting recording on a camera.

Use D2123-VE by itself or integrate the radar with select Axis PTZ cameras that use the ARTPEC-9 chip. As radar/video fusion solution, surveillance data is enriched, actionable insights are improved, and decision making is easier. Set up the system so both radar and camera must verify detection and classification before triggering actions, reducing false alarms. Best of all, only one IP address is needed for both devices when paired. D2123-VE uses the same mounting interface as the cameras to simplify installation. The radar is power efficient to save on energy costs. Installation is streamlined and simple: it connects to the network via Ethernet cable, is powered via PoE, and has a PoE output port for powering the connected PTZ camera. Mount D2123-VE on poles, fence lines, or walls (may require a separate mounting kit).
