Axis F7225-RE is an ultra-discreet pinhole sensor unit for surveillance in tight spaces. F7225-RE is perfect for placement on ATMs, machinery, and similar space-restricted locations. F7225-RE connects to a 2nd generation Axis F Series main unit (not included) like Axis F9111 or F9114 to make a complete security camera. Depending on the main unit used, F7225-RE provides up to 1080p Full HD video at 60 fps or up to 720p HD video at 180 fps. The sensor unit features a wide-angle lens, giving you up to 97° horizontal field of view, perfect for capturing the faces of people close to the camera. Built for durability, it meets the IP66/67 durability standards and has an extended operating temperature range.
F7225-RE requires another cable for connectivity. To connect the sensor with a main unit, you must use a 2nd generation Axis F Series cable, like Axis TU6004-E or Axis TU6005 (available separately). F7225-RE uses an SMA-FAKRA connector, which helps it to resist the effects of vibrations in places like machinery, vehicles, or near highways.
Note: Axis F7225-RE is a 2nd generation Axis F Series sensor unit and must be used with 2nd generation cables and main units. F7225-RE is not compatible with 1st generation cables and main units.
