Axis FA51 Main Unit - 02196-001

Axis FA51 is a main unit for use as part of the Axis F Series of Modular IP Cameras. Use it with one compatible Axis FA Sensor Unit as part of a discreet surveillance camera installation. FA51 supports up to 1080p Full HD video, giving you exceptional detail to protect your premises.

On top of recording video, you can use FA51 for public viewing monitors — connect its HDMI video output to a public display. And it comes with Axis Face Detector installed, which interprets what are faces in an image and then can automatically place boxes around them — limit shoplifters by letting them know they're being watched.

FA51 supports one sensor unit. Power it and the sensor unit via PoE (Power Over Ethernet). Edge Vault technology protects your device while streamlining authorization. Store video in the main unit using a microSD, microSDHC or microSDXC card. Or store video through the network using a NAS or NVR solution. FA51 is ONVIF Profile G, Profile M and Profile S compliant — interoperable with third party devices.
