Axis I9410 Help Point Kit - 03490-001

Axis I9410 Help Point Kit is an all-in-one, highly visible solution for emergency communications in public spaces. I9410 consists of an Axis I7010-VE Network Intercom, Axis TI9400 Help Point Enclosure, and Axis TI7301 Mounting Plate. When used together, they combine a ruggedized, outdoor-ready intercom with a stainless steel faceplate that guides users to the call button clearly, all mounted in a stainless steel enclosure with integrated blue LED beacon.

I7010-VE is a network-connected intercom built to make conversations better with dual microphones and a powerful speaker. Simple to use, it has been extensively tested for durability: it meets the IP66/IP69, IK10, and NEMA 4X Standards. And it's secure, too, with Axis Edge Vault providing a full, hardware-based cybersecurity solution. I7010-VE is a SIP intercom, compatible with a very wide range of first-party and third-party systems.

TI7301 is a stainless steel adapter plate with a red PUSH FOR HELP button clearly labelled in red letters and braille for accessibility. It protects the intercom and makes it more visible.

TI9400 is a stainless steel Help Point enclosure that makes the intercom into a highly visible emergency phone. Use it for public safety almost anywhere: transit stations, school and business campuses, parking garages, and more. Its installation process has been streamlined with both it and the intercom powered via a single PoE cable.
