Axis P1486-LE License Plate Verifier Kit - 03618-001

The Axis P1486-LE License Plate Verifier Kit comes with an Axis P1486-LE Bullet Camera with the Axis License Plate Verifier application already installed on the camera and a license for the application included. The camera uses global shutter technology to provide exceptionally clear, low distortion images of fast-moving objects. It accurately captures the license plates of vehicles moving at up to 130 km/h (81 mph) across two lanes at the same time. License Plate Verifier is an edge-based application that runs directly on the camera and includes analytics options for classifying type, make, model, and color of vehicles. It can easily be integrated with first- and third-party VMS's.

Axis P1486-LE has been purpose-tuned for improved performance during license plate capture. The bullet camera has a 3 MP global shutter image sensor. It has a detection range of 23 to 98 feet with built-in infrared lights for no-light scenarios. The camera's license plate capture assistant makes it simple for you to optimize settings based on the specifics of the installation: mounting height, distance to vehicle, expected vehicle speed. Remote zoom/focus and automatic tilt/roll compensation makes installation and alignment simple. Axis designed P1486-LE to withstand the elements and the challenges of operating near roadways. It meets numerous industry durability standards, can deal with a sustained wind load of 134 mph, and has an extended operating temperature range, including safe start-up in extreme cold and a maximum temperature of 165°F according to NEMA TS2 (2.2.7).
