Axis TQ1827-VE is an outdoor safety cabinet for compatible Axis dome cameras (not included). TQ1827-VE serves three purposes: it's a cabinet for securely housing electrical equipment, it has an integrated electrical safety kit for protecting the equipment, and it can have the dome camera mounted on its door. As an outdoor-ready cabinet for surveillance equipment, it's incredibly robust. It handles extreme temperatures, harsh environmental challenges, vandalism, mechanical stress, and vibrations. It meets the 4M4 Standard against vibrations and mechanical stress and the IP66 Standard against dust and water ingress — and more. Axis streamlined the installation process, making it quick and easy to deploy: it comes with a stainless steel mounting plate, pre-mounted cable gaskets, DIN rail, and cabinet door screws. The cabinet works for housing and protecting both mains power and low-voltage equipment, which means it's usable across a very wide range of applications, including long-range and city deployments.

TQ1827-VE comes preassembled with Electrical Safety Kit A 120 V AC. This kit is multiple important devices in one: a professional-grade surge protector, a miniature circuit breaker (MCB fuse), and a terminal block.
